The Challenge
The client faced critical challenges in their testing processes, including low QA maturity, lack of automation, and inadequate end-to-end coverage across GUI, API, and mobile platforms. Fragmented testing efforts led to lengthy manual cycles and inconsistent quality. Additionally, the absence of CI/CD implementation hindered their ability to adopt a shift-left approach and integrate security testing. Limited technical expertise further complicated the automation and management of these processes.
The Solution
To address our client’s challenges, we introduced CloudTestr, Sutherland’s end-to-end test automation platform that eliminates manual coding, boosting efficiency and reducing errors. CloudTestr, available both as cloud and on-prem deployments, streamlines test management, enables parallel execution, and automates documentation, improving audit and compliance. Leveraging CloudTestr, we transformed the client’s testing landscape by strategically enhancing four critical areas.
- UI Test Automation. We implemented a comprehensive automation framework to streamline the client’s regression testing, reducing the time required from 4-6 days to just six hours. This accelerated the release process, enabling quicker, more reliable updates and improving overall product quality.
